Find the right people for your cross-border documents.
Describe what you need. Confirm the services to search for. Abroadocs shows named providers with email addresses verified on their public pages, then drafts a quote request for you to send.
Abroadocs is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Anything Abroadocs says is general information; you and your advisors decide what work is needed.
Abroadocs never contacts a provider.
For HR, legal and finance teams
When an employee, a client or a subsidiary needs a certified translation, an apostille, a notarisation or a legalisation abroad, the slow part is finding a provider that does that exact work in the right country and answers email. Abroadocs finds them, checks what their own sites say, and gives you a named shortlist and a quote request ready to go.
Abroadocs is a pilot project run by Dmitry. Questions: hello@abroadocs.com · Contact · Received an email from us? Read this.
A clear path from question to quote request
Describe your need
Tell Abroadocs what document work you are looking for. It asks only for details that help find providers.
Confirm the services
Review and edit the suggested scope. Suggestions are possibilities, not legal requirements.
Review named providers
See public websites, verified published email addresses, and exactly what each screening check did or did not confirm.
Contact and choose
Copy a quote request or open it in your email app. You send it and can record your choice in Abroadocs.
What screening means
Every shortlisted provider has a reachable public page, a matching business or trading name, and an email address published on the fetched page. Phone-only candidates stay off the shortlist. Price, turnaround, specialism, and credentials are shown only when supported by fetched evidence. A list can be short or empty when the evidence is thin.
You confirm suitability, availability, price, and any legal or authority requirements with the provider and your advisors before proceeding.
