Why provider cards show no reviews

Abroadocs doesn't look for public reviews. A provider is judged on what its own website shows.

Updated 17 October 2026

Vlad doesn't look for public reviews or ratings, so a provider card shows none. Almost none of the providers Vlad finds had reviews that could be matched to that exact business, so Vlad now spends that effort on finding more providers instead.

Instead, each provider is judged on what Abroadocs's own code can check on the provider's own website: that it does the work you need, that it publishes an email address, and — where the service needs one — its accreditation. Its track record is the year it was established, when its own site says so. See What a provider must show before it's listed and How the order of providers is decided.

No review counts for or against a provider, and a complaint on a review site never removes one from your list. If you'd like to know what other clients think, you can look a provider up yourself before you write to it.
