Attaching documents

If you see an option to attach a file, you can add the document you're asking about. Abroadocs reads its text to understand the job better — for example, which country issued it.

• File types: PDF, JPG, PNG or Word (.docx)
• Size: up to 20 MB per file, and up to 5 files and 50 pages per request
• Safety: every file is virus-scanned in a separate, isolated service before anything reads it
• Privacy: files are kept in private storage and are never sent to a provider. Their text is read by the AI — see How AI is used — and they are deleted with the request.

If you don't see an attach option, uploads are switched off for now. Describe the document in words instead — Vlad searches just as well from a description.
