After you send a quote request

Once you send your request, you deal with the provider directly:

• Their reply comes to you. Abroadocs doesn't see it. (A request we sent for you is different: its reply comes to our private address and is shown on your request page.)
• You agree price, timing and terms with them. Abroadocs isn't a party to that agreement.
• You pay them directly. Abroadocs never handles money.
• They deliver to you. Abroadocs doesn't collect, ship or track documents.

If a provider doesn't answer, try the next one on your list. If a provider's details turn out to be wrong, tell us at hello@abroadocs.com so we can check them.
