Correcting what I read

Every reading can be wrong, so every card with a reply has Correct this reading.

1. Press it and change the fields that are wrong: the price, its currency, per page or per document, VAT, the turnaround and its unit, how long the quote is valid.
2. Leave a field empty if the reply did not say it.
3. Press Save my correction.

The card then shows your value with corrected by you, and beside it What I read — the original reading is never replaced, so you (and we) can always see both. Only those fields can be corrected; the provider's own sentences and the original reply are kept exactly as they arrived.

We count how often a reading needed correcting: it is how we know whether reading replies works well enough. Correcting a reading sends nothing to the provider.
