Account & access
Getting access during the pilot
Enter the pilot passphrase, then create an account — or request access if sign-up is closed.

- The passphrase. While Abroadocs is in its pilot, the whole site sits behind a shared passphrase. If you have been given it, enter it in your browser; you may be asked for it again from time to time. It only lets you see the site — it doesn't sign you in.
- Create an account. Choose Create account and enter your company or organisation's name, your work email and a password of at least 12 characters, and tick the short acknowledgement. This creates your organisation and your account together.
- If you see "Request access" instead, sign-up is closed at the moment. Use the form on the Contact page and a person on the Abroadocs team will look at it.
Whoever creates an account becomes the administrator of their own new organisation.
If someone sent you an invitation link, you don't need the passphrase or the sign-up form: see Joining by invitation.
