Joining by invitation
An invitation link takes you straight to a page where you choose a password, then asks a few questions about you and your work.

If someone from the pilot invited you, they sent you a link that looks like /invite/ followed by a long string of characters.
- Open the link. You don't need the passphrase. The page shows the name of the organisation you are joining and the domain of the address the invitation was made for.
- Choose a password of at least 12 characters (your name is optional), tick the short acknowledgement and press Create account. Your account is made for the address the invitation was sent to; you can't use a different one.
- Answer a few questions: what kind of work you do, the language and currency you prefer, your time zone, the countries your documents usually come from and go to, and roughly how many requests like this you handle. You will also read and tick the pilot agreement. It says what the pilot is, what we store and for how long, and that nothing is promised. You can't carry on without ticking it, and we keep a record of which version you agreed to.
A link works once and for 14 days. If you see that it has been used, withdrawn or has expired, ask the person who sent it for a new one. If you already have an account at that address, sign in instead.
If you were invited to an organisation that someone else set up, you will see its requests and add your own. The organisation's administrator is the only person who can invite or remove colleagues.
