Your settings

Open Settings from the menu. It has five sections.

• Profile. Your name, job title, kind of work, preferred language, currency and time zone. These are display preferences: the screens stay in English, the assistant answers in your language, and a price is always shown exactly as the provider quoted it, never converted.
• Security. Change your password (at least 12 characters), or sign out on every device.
• Notifications. Choose whether you would like an email when a provider replies or when a search finishes. Your choice is saved now; emails start when sending is switched on.
• Organisation. Your organisation's name and country, your team, and invitations. Only the organisation's administrator can change the name or country or invite and revoke; members can see the team.
• Data. Download your organisation's requests as a JSON file (requests, the facts I read, shortlists and your choices; no providers' web pages). Or ask to delete your account: a person reads it and answers within one month, and nothing is deleted straight away. See Asking for your data.
