Asking a question after your shortlist arrives

You can keep talking to Abroadocs after your shortlist arrives — for example, "what does an apostille usually involve?"

A question does not clear your shortlist. The list only changes when you change something that affects who Vlad should look for, such as a country or a language — and then Vlad says so.
