How it works
Closing a request
Close a request you no longer need. It's final, and it starts the 30-day deletion clock.
Updated 17 October 2026
Open the request and choose Close request. You'll be asked for a short reason, which is kept with the request so the record makes sense later. Nothing is sent to anybody.
Closing is final: a closed request can't be reopened. Start a new request if you need the same thing later.
Closing also starts the deletion clock — the request and everything in it are deleted 30 days after you close it. See How long Abroadocs keeps your data.
