How it works
From your first message to a list of providers you can email.
- How a request works, step by stepDescribe the job, check what Abroadocs will search for, wait a minute or two, then email the providers you like.
- How to describe what you needSay what the document is, where it comes from, where it is going, and any deadline. "Not sure" is a fine answer.
- Why Abroadocs asks questions — and which it never asksAbroadocs asks what a search can't run without, and once a few optional things providers need to quote: at most three questions in one message.
- Checking what Abroadocs will search forThe "What I'll search for" card shows only the services you asked for, and one button starts the search. Any caution is written under Abroadocs's message.
- How long a search takesUsually a minute or two, and only seconds when Abroadocs has recently checked providers for the same job.
- Changing a detail, or searching againCorrect a detail in the conversation and search again. Nothing is frozen.
- Asking a question after your shortlist arrivesAsk away. A question never clears your shortlist — only a change to the search details does.
- Closing a requestClose a request you no longer need. It's final, and it starts the 30-day deletion clock.
