- Where your data is stored and processedStored in the EU, in Ireland. The AI step uses OpenAI, whose processing is not limited to the EU.
- How AI is used, and what OpenAI receivesAI reads your messages, writes replies and searches the web. Abroadocs's code checks everything it proposes.
- How long Abroadocs keeps your dataEvery request is deleted 30 days after its last activity, or 30 days after you close it.
- Who can see your requestsYour organisation, and the Abroadocs team when they need to. Never another client.
- How your data is protectedClients are kept apart by the database itself, files are private, uploads are virus-scanned, and every change is recorded.
- Asking for your data, a correction or a deletionCorrect details and close requests yourself; for anything else, email privacy@abroadocs.com.
