Stored in the EU, in Ireland. The AI step uses OpenAI, whose processing is not limited to the EU.

- Your data is stored in the EU. Accounts, requests, conversations and files are held in a database and private file storage in Ireland (Supabase).
- Abroadocs's servers run in Dublin, Ireland (Vercel).
- Uploaded files are virus-scanned by a separate service in Amsterdam (Railway).
- The AI step uses OpenAI. To read your messages and write replies, Abroadocs sends the text of your conversation — and any text read from your files — to OpenAI's API. That processing is not limited to the EU. See How AI is used, and what OpenAI receives.
