What Abroadocs stores

About you and your organisation: your work email, your organisation's name, a display name if you set one, and your password — which our sign-in service stores only in a scrambled (hashed) form that nobody can read back.

For each request:

• the conversation, and the details Abroadocs understood from it
• any files you uploaded, and the text read from them
• the services you searched for, and every search result with the evidence behind it
• the provider choice you recorded, and any cautions you acknowledged
• a record of who did what and when, and what the AI cost

About providers, kept separately: the catalogue of businesses Vlad has checked, holding only details they publish themselves — nothing about you.
