How long Abroadocs keeps your data

Every request is deleted 30 days after its last activity, or 30 days after you close it.

Updated 17 October 2026

  • Every request is deleted 30 days after its last activity. It gets a deletion date when you start it, and each message you send, each time you confirm services and each finished search moves that date to 30 days later. A request nobody touches for 30 days is deleted — searched or not, with a person or declined.
  • When you close a request, it is deleted 30 days after you close it. Nothing later keeps a closed request longer.

A daily job then deletes the request, its conversation, the details, the search results, your recorded choice and any uploaded files. We keep only anonymous cost totals, which say nothing about you or the request.

Not deleted with a request: your account itself; the provider catalogue — which holds only businesses' own published details, nothing about you; and, only if Vlad refused the request, a minimal incident record: your organisation, the reason (a place Vlad doesn't serve yet, or something unlawful), the place, and the date — never your messages or files. It is kept while your organisation's account exists.
