How your data is protected
Clients are kept apart by the database itself, files are private, uploads are virus-scanned, and every change is recorded.
Updated 17 October 2026
- Clients are kept apart by the database itself, not only by the application.
- Files are stored privately. There are no public links to them.
- Every upload is virus-scanned in an isolated service that holds no passwords or keys, before anything reads it.
- Every change is recorded — who did what, and when — and those records can't be edited.
- Abroadocs reads the web carefully. When it opens a provider's website it uses only secure (https) connections, never reaches private or internal network addresses, and limits how much it reads and for how long. It reads only public pages, records when it read each one and a fingerprint of what it read, and never gets round a log-in, a block or a CAPTCHA.
- Text is information, not instructions. Your messages and the web pages Abroadocs reads are marked as information for the AI, never as commands — and whatever the AI produces is checked by code before it is used.
If you think you've found a security problem, please email privacy@abroadocs.com.
