Who can see your requests
Your organisation, and the Abroadocs team when they need to. Never another client.
Updated 17 October 2026
- Your organisation. Requests belong to your organisation, and its members can see them.
- Never another client. The database itself refuses to show one organisation's records to another — even if the application asked by mistake, it would get nothing back.
- The Abroadocs team. A small number of Abroadocs operators can open requests — to look at the ones passed to a person, and to check the service is working properly.
- Providers see nothing until you choose to write to them, and then only what you send.
- OpenAI processes the text of your conversation to run the AI steps. See How AI is used.
